Dipl.-Psych., Dipl.-Ing.
The passion for designing and learning together in the interplay between theory and (consulting) practice, which I share with my drift colleagues, has already grabbed me during my studies.
For more than 17 years, I have supported my clients as a research assistant and organizational consultant in the search for concrete and coherent ways for a sustainable increase in efficiency through humane work design.
Technology, work organization and personnel deployment have to fit together. Work assignments should be designed to demand performance, encourage employee flexibility and initiative, and provide timely feedback to ensure learning and process optimization.
Already in my apprenticeship and professional practice as a precision mechanic, I have come to appreciate the experience of skilled workers - a critical success factor for quality, punctuality and process innovation.
As a mechanical engineer, I'm fascinated by the creativity of developers and designers as well as the determination and improvisational skills of production engineers.
As a psychologist and Gestalt educator, I strive to build bridges. Bridges between the technical thinking of engineers, the power of persuasion and customer proximity of sales, the business acumen and negotiation skills of purchasing and the strategic competence and assertiveness of the board.
If this helps me to make sure that companies are successful and employees can identify with them, then I am satisfied with my work.
